1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all interactions with VatClearBest through vatclearbest.com, including our VAT error correction and clarification services, digital offerings, and physical goods.
2. Services
VatClearBest provides VAT error correction and clarification services to help you address discrepancies in your value-added tax filings and to offer expert guidance on related matters. Services commence upon payment and your confirmation of the scope.
3. Digital Products
Our digital products include e-guides, tutorials, webinars, and software tools designed to educate and assist you in VAT-related tasks. Access is granted after purchase and instructions are provided via email.
4. Goods
Physical items such as printed manuals or resource kits are shipped to the address you provide. Shipment times and tracking details will be communicated after order confirmation.
5. Fees and Payment
All fees are listed in CAD and must be paid in advance via approved payment channels. Payment triggers commencement of the selected service or delivery of the purchased item.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Services
If you request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase and before any service work has begun, VatClearBest will reimburse the full amount using the original payment channel. Once work has started, reimbursements are not available. However, you may request a one-time rescheduling of service delivery by contacting us at least 3 days before the scheduled start date.
6.2 Digital Products
Digital products are eligible for reimbursement within 7 days of download or access activation provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed. To request reimbursement, contact VatClearBest via our Contact Form within the 7-day window. After this period or if access exceeds the limit, no reimbursement is possible.
6.3 Goods
Physical goods may be sent back for reimbursement within 30 days of shipment if unused and in original packaging. Costs for shipping back are your responsibility. Upon receipt and inspection, VatClearBest will reimburse the purchase price within 7 business days via the original payment channel, less any shipping fees.
7. Changes to Terms
VatClearBest reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting the revised version on vatclearbest.com. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
